At Kraft Addicts Studio, all products are custom made to order. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order with Kraft Addicts Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below.
No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the customized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once design work, order processing, material preparation, scheduling, customization, or production has begun.
Deposits and payments are non refundable once an order has entered the processing stage.
Replacements or reprints may only be provided for verified production errors directly caused by Kraft Addicts Studio.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if processing, scheduling, material preparation, design work, or production has not yet begun.
If a cancellation is approved before processing begins, up to 30% of the payment may be refunded.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, all payments become final and non refundable.
Payment Policy
Orders totaling less than $200 require full payment prior to the start of production.
Orders totaling $200 or more require a 50% non refundable deposit before production, processing, or material purchasing begins. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or shipping. Pickup orders may pay the remaining balance at pickup before the order is released.
All orders are considered confirmed only after payment or deposit has been received and verified.
Production, design work, order processing, and material purchasing will not begin until payment requirements have been fulfilled.
Deposit payments secure production scheduling but do not guarantee immediate production or completion dates.
Deposits are non refundable once design work, material purchases, processing, or production has commenced.
Failure to complete the remaining balance may result in delays, order suspension, cancellation, or refusal to release completed items until payment has been made in full.
Orders with unpaid balances that remain uncollected for an extended period may be considered abandoned and subject to the store’s unclaimed order policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing invoices, order details, quantities, customization information, and payment information before submitting payment.
Accepted payment methods may vary depending on the order type, platform, invoice, or payment link used.
Additional verification may be required for high value, suspicious, flagged, or potentially fraudulent transactions.
All pricing is listed in BSD unless otherwise stated.
Quotes, estimates, and invoices are subject to review and correction in the event of pricing errors, calculation mistakes, supplier changes, or incorrect order information.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after approval, production, pickup, delivery, shipping, or completion of services will be formally disputed using supporting documentation including, but not limited to, invoices, approvals, screenshots, timestamps, conversations, tracking information, pickup confirmations, delivery confirmations, and proof of fulfillment.
Kraft Addicts Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including policy violations, abusive behavior, harassment, fraudulent activity, suspicious transactions, or inappropriate conduct.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is approximately 2 to 14 business days depending on workload, order size, customization requirements, material availability, peak seasons, and production scheduling.

Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees starting at $50 and up.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, customer response times, severe weather, power outages, supplier delays, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control may affect turnaround times.
Design Approval & Print Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, spellings, dates, colors, sizes, quantities, and uploaded images before approval.
Once approval has been given, Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for customer approved errors or requested changes.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and turnaround delays.
Digital mockups are for visual reference only. Final print placement, sizing, and colors may vary slightly depending on garment size, material type, lighting, screen settings, and printing processes.
Printed colors may vary slightly from what is viewed on phones, tablets, monitors, or previous prints due to screen settings, lighting, material differences, and printer output variations.

Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, cropped, distorted, low resolution, or poor quality prints resulting from customer submitted files or images.
Minor print or color variations do not qualify for refunds, reprints, exchanges, or chargebacks.
Customers are responsible for confirming all sizes before placing an order. Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for damages caused by improper application, handling, washing, storage, installation, or customer misuse after pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use uploaded artwork, logos, photos, trademarks, or designs.
Pickup, Shipping & Delivery
Customers picking up orders are responsible for reviewing their items before leaving the pickup location to ensure all items are correct and complete.
Once items have been picked up and confirmed, Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for missing items, damages, misuse, improper handling, improper washing, incorrect application, or customer caused damage.
For orders delivered via boat, plane, courier, or shipping carrier, any issues must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
Orders not picked up within 60 days without communication may be considered abandoned and discarded without refund. A final reminder may be sent prior to disposal.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed after approval, production, pickup, delivery, shipping, or completed services will be formally disputed using supporting evidence including invoices, screenshots, approvals, timestamps, conversations, tracking information, delivery confirmations, pickup confirmations, and proof of fulfillment.
Kraft Addicts Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or limit any order suspected of fraud, suspicious activity, unauthorized transactions, abusive behavior, harassment, or policy violations.
Additional verification may be required for high value or flagged transactions.
