Shipping policy

At Kraft Addicts Studio, all products are custom made to order. Please review our shipping, delivery, and pickup policies carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Kraft Addicts Studio, you acknowledge and agree to all shipping, delivery, and pickup terms listed below.

Processing Time

Standard processing and production time is approximately 2 to 14 business days depending on workload, order size, customization requirements, material availability, peak seasons, and production scheduling.

Orders will not begin until:

Payment or deposit has been received and verified
All order details have been confirmed
Required files and photos have been submitted
Customer approvals have been completed

Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees starting at $50 and up.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, severe weather, power outages, supplier delays, shipping delays, customer response times, or circumstances beyond our control may affect processing and delivery times.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Nassau, Bahamas.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order requirements.

Additional fees may apply for:

Deliveries after dark
Rush deliveries
Large orders
Remote areas
Multiple delivery locations

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information. Additional fees may apply for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, rescheduled deliveries, or customer unavailability.

Boat Delivery

Orders may be shipped via boat upon customer request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate dock, island, recipient, and contact information before shipment.

Boat transportation fees are separate from Kraft Addicts Studio’s pricing and are determined directly by the boat carrier once the item has been received and processed by the carrier.

Due to varying carrier rates, package sizes, weights, and destinations, boat delivery costs cannot be determined in advance by Kraft Addicts Studio.

Customers are fully responsible for all boat shipping and transportation fees charged by the carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the boat carrier, Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, weather related issues, scheduling changes, or carrier related issues caused by third party transportation services.

Any shipping concerns must be addressed directly with the carrier once the order has been transferred.

Airport Delivery

Orders may be delivered to the airport for travel purposes upon customer request.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight details, airline information, pickup contact information, and delivery timing requirements.

Airport transportation fees are separate from Kraft Addicts Studio’s pricing and are determined directly by the airline or cargo service once the item has been received and processed.

Due to varying airline charges, package sizes, weights, and travel requirements, airport delivery costs cannot be determined in advance by Kraft Addicts Studio.

Customers are fully responsible for all airline, cargo, or airport transportation fees associated with their shipment.

Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for missed flights, delayed pickups, airline delays, scheduling conflicts, or issues caused by incorrect customer submitted information.

Additional rush or timing fees may apply for airport deliveries depending on scheduling requirements.

Pickup Policy

Customers may choose local pickup once orders are completed.

Pickup instructions, confirmation, and location details will be provided once the order is ready.

Pickup hours are:
Monday through Friday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or until dark

Customers are responsible for reviewing all items at the time of pickup to ensure accuracy and completeness before leaving the pickup location.

Once items have been picked up and confirmed, Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for missing items, damages, improper handling, improper washing, incorrect application, misuse, or customer caused damage.

Orders not picked up within 60 days without communication may be considered abandoned and discarded without refund. A final reminder may be sent prior to disposal.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for delays, damages, losses, theft, weather related interruptions, carrier delays, delivery failures, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped, transferred, delivered, or handed over to a third party carrier or transportation service.

Customers must report any delivery related issues within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
