Step 1 – Choose Your Product

Browse our website and select the product you'd like to order.

Whether you're shopping for custom apparel, DTF prints, UV DTF prints, banners, stickers, personalized gifts, business branding, or something else, simply choose your product and complete your selections.

Select your size, quantity, and any available options before adding the item to your cart.

Step 2 – Place Your Order

Complete your purchase securely through our website.

Before submitting your order, please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and customization details to ensure everything is correct.

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

Orders under $200 must be paid in full before production begins.

Orders over $200 require a 50% non refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery.

Step 3 – Send Your Files

After placing your order, send your files using the appropriate method below.

For the best print quality, PNG files with transparent backgrounds must be emailed to us.

Step 4 – Design Approval

If your order requires a custom design, you'll receive a design proof before printing.

Please review your proof carefully.

Production will only begin after your design has been approved.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Step 5 – Production

Once your payment has been confirmed and your design has been approved (if required), your order will move into production.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 to 14 business days, depending on the type of order, current workload, and season.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

The full pickup location will be provided once your order is ready for collection.

You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for customer approved errors, including spelling, dates, sizing, artwork, or other design details.
