• PDF format recommended
• Files must be print ready
• Artwork or documents must be sized correctly before submission
• High resolution files are recommended for the best print results
• Fonts should be outlined or embedded when applicable

• Files are printed exactly as submitted
• Please review all spelling, formatting, page order, sizing, and content before submitting
• Design, editing, resizing, and file preparation are not included with this product
• Low resolution files may affect the final print quality
• Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for errors in customer supplied files
• Files that are not print ready may be returned for correction or require an additional setup fee
