• Item is NOT included. Customer must provide the item to be personalized.
• Price includes one design and one print per item only.
• Additional prints or additional design placements may incur an additional charge.
• Items must be clean and in suitable condition for application.
• Not all materials or surfaces are suitable for personalization.
• Print size and placement will depend on the item provided.
• Please review all names, spelling, photos, and personalization details carefully.
• A proof may be provided for approval when necessary.
• Production begins after any required proof approval.
