📁 Photo & File Requirements

• Accepted file types: PNG, PDF, JPG, or JPEG
• High-resolution photos are recommended.
• Low-resolution, blurry, or screenshot images may affect the final design quality.

⚠️ Important Information

• Design fees are separate from printing fees.
• Design fees are non-refundable once work has started.
• One revision is included. Additional revisions are $15 each.
• Turnaround times vary based on workload and project complexity.
• Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
• Kraft Addicts Studio is not responsible for errors approved during the proofing process.
